1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CloudBots ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is provided by SUPERSOLAR s.r.o., IČO 54793327, Prievidzská 217/5, 972 01 Bojnice, Slovak Republic.

2. Service Description

CloudBots provides an AI-powered digital employee service delivered through popular messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack). Our service includes:

• AI assistant that can send emails, browse the web, and manage tasks
• Integration with your existing messaging platforms
• VNC browser access for advanced web automation
• Customizable bot personality and capabilities
• 24/7 availability and automated task execution

3. Pricing and Payment

We offer the following subscription plans:

Payment Terms:

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Prices are in Euros (€) and exclude VAT where applicable
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for partial months of service

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period:

• You will be automatically charged for the Interview plan unless you cancel before the trial ends
• You can cancel your trial at any time without being charged
• One free trial per user/company

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use CloudBots for:

• Illegal activities or violating any laws or regulations
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited messages
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scraping or harvesting data without permission
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Bypassing rate limits or security measures
• Activities that could damage our reputation or services

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, please note:

• AI responses may not always be 100% accurate
• Service availability is not guaranteed (we aim for 99% uptime)
• Usage limits may apply based on your subscription plan
• We reserve the right to modify features or functionality
• Third-party integrations depend on external services

7. Account Management

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

8. Cancellation and Termination

By You:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for unused time in the current period
• You retain access to your data for 30 days after cancellation

By Us:

• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We will provide 30 days' notice before discontinuing the service entirely

9. Intellectual Property

CloudBots and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by SUPERSOLAR s.r.o. You retain ownership of your data and content, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CloudBots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPERSOLAR s.r.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Data Protection

Your use of CloudBots is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and protect your personal data according to EU regulations.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of CloudBots after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
